My Town AI ("we," "our," or "us") will build and deliver a custom AI instance loaded with your municipality's publicly available municipal and land use code and GIS data.
The annual subscription fee is calculated based on your municipality's population for equity purposes at the time of purchase.
Your annual subscription provides access to your AI instance with 2 seats, 20 document uploads, and one annual data refresh beginning on the date your instance goes live. More frequent updates, additional seats, or advanced features require an upgrade to the full platform.
Your subscription renews automatically on an annual basis. We will notify you by email 30 days and 14 days before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date and you will retain access through the end of your current subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there are no partial refunds for unused time, but you will not be charged again.
100% of your annual subscription applies as a credit toward the full My Town AI platform or a resident-facing experience.
We aim to deliver your instance within 4 - 48 hours of payment depending on complexity. If there is an issue with your data, we will reach out to you asap.
If your My Town AI environment is not up and running within 2 weeks of payment due to the complexity or incompleteness of your data, you are entitled to a full refund.
My Town AI is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for legal, planning, or professional advice. All AI-generated outputs should be independently verified by qualified staff before being relied upon for official decisions or public communications.
Your municipality retains full ownership of all data provided to My Town AI and all outputs generated by your instance. You are free to use, publish, and distribute outputs without restriction.
Your municipality's data remains yours. My Town AI will not sell your data. We may use publicly available municipal data to improve our platform.
If you choose to discontinue your instance, we will decommission it and remove your configuration from our systems within 30 days.
My Town AI understands that municipalities are subject to public records and open government laws. We will cooperate with any lawful public records requests and can provide data exports as needed to help you meet your obligations.
My Town AI will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain your instance available 99.5% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance. We will notify you in advance of any planned downtime.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. My Town AI does not store your credit card information.
My Town AI's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid. My Town AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
My Town AI may update these terms with 30 days' written notice to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
